嗨，我是小安，在白馬教授單板入門課。自己也曾經歷第一次上雪場的緊張，所以特別理解初學者會怕摔、怕速度、怕跟不上進度的心情。我的課不趕進度，會先建立安全感與基本控制，再慢慢練習換刃與連續轉彎，希望你能在安心的節奏裡喜歡上滑雪。
